摘要
本文选择某型教练机前护板作动筒作为研究对象,测量分析相关零件特征尺寸分布情况后,运用蒙特卡洛模拟法对最终运动行程的尺寸分布情况进行模拟,根据模拟结果实施工艺改进和工程验证,从而实现作动筒运动行程公差控制。
This paper chooses the nose fairing door actuator of a certain type of trainer aircraft as the research object.After measuring and analyzing the characteristic size distribution of the relevant parts,the size distribution of the final travel is simulated by using Monte Carlo simulation method.According to the simulation result,process improvement and engineering verification are carried out to achieve the tolerance control on the actuator travel.
