摘要
三峡工程是国之重器,是当今世界综合规模最大的水利枢纽工程。在深入分析新阶段三峡工程高质量发展的重大意义、概念内涵和战略定位的基础上,研究提出了强化三峡工程运行安全管理、推进三峡库区生态环境保护与修复、持续推进三峡移民稳定发展、协调推进数字孪生三峡建设、完善三峡工程管理法治体制机制五大实施路径,可为今后一个时期三峡工程高质量发展提供思路与方向。
The Three Gorges Project is a pillar of a great power and the world’s largest comprehensive water conservancy project. Based on an in-depth analysis of the significant meaning, conceptual connotations, and strategic positioning of the high-quality development of the Three Gorges Project in the new stage, this paper proposes five implementation paths for achieving high-quality development, namely strengthening the safety management of the Three Gorges Project, promoting ecological environment protection and restoration in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, continuing to promote the stable development of the Three Gorges migrants, coordinating the construction of the digital twin of the Three Gorges Project, and improving the legal system and management mechanisms of the Three Gorges Project. These paths can provide ideas and directions for the high-quality development of the Three Gorges Project in the future.
