摘要
针对目前我国煤炭行业普遍面临的矸石处置问题,总结了国内现有矸石绿色处置技术,介绍了近年来行业新兴的浆体充填技术的研究现状和技术构成,包括高位注浆、邻位注浆和低位灌浆,详细阐述了邻位注浆充填的技术内涵和基本原理,提出了回采工作面邻位注浆充填和邻近采空区邻位注浆充填2种邻位注浆充填技术模式。并通过理论分析和计算,明确了充填区可充空间的计算方法;确定了矸石浆体管道邻位充填的充填步距、充填滞后距离、注浆钻孔倾角及长度等关键参数设计方法。实践表明邻位注浆充填可以实现矿井矸石的绿色高效处置,技术稳定性较高、对矿井生产影响较小,推广应用前景广阔。
Aiming at the problem of gangue disposal commonly faced by China′s coal industry,summarizes the existing domestic green gangue disposal technology,introduces the research status and technical composition of slurry filling technology emerging in the industry in recent years,including high-level grouting,adjacent grouting and low-level grouting,and expounds in detail the technical connotation and basic principle of adjacent grouting filling,two adjacent grouting filling technology modes of adjacent grouting filling in mining face and adjacent grouting filling in adjacent goaf are proposed.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the calculation method of filling space in filling area is clarified;the design method of key parameters such as filling step distance,filling lag distance,grouting borehole inclination and length of adjacent filling of gangue slurry pipeline is determined.The practice shows that the adjacent grouting filling can realize the green and efficient disposal of mine gangue,has high technical stability,has little impact on mine production,and has a broad prospect of popularization and application.
