摘要
目的分析2016—2020年无锡市新吴区甲乙类传染病的流行病学特征和发病趋势,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对无锡市新吴区2016—2020年报告的甲乙类传染病进行流行病学特征分析,以年平均变化的百分比(AAPC)作为量化指标分析发病趋势变化。结果2016—2020年无锡市新吴区共报告甲乙类传染病15种、3509例,年均发病率为124.08/105。甲乙类传染病发病率总体无显著变化(P>0.05),发病以血液及性传播传染病为主,呼吸道传染病以及肠道传染病的发病趋势变化有统计学意义(均P<0.05),5—7月份为发病高峰。各街道的发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性发病率高于女性(P<0.05),发病年龄以20~30岁为主(41.52%)。职业以家务及待业、商业服务、工人、农民为主。各年比较,肺结核和痢疾发病的变化有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论2016—2020年无锡市新吴区甲乙类传染病的发病率无显著变化趋势,但呼吸道传染病仍呈上升趋势,应进一步加强对肺结核等呼吸道疾病在重点地区、重点人群的监测和防控。
Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics and incidence trend of Class A and B infectious diseases in Xinwu District from 2016 to 2020,and provide scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics of Class A and B infectious diseases reported from 2016 to 2020 in Xinwu District of Wuxi City,and the annual average change percentage(AAPC)was used as a quantitative indicator to analyze the change of incidence trend.Results From 2016 to 2020,a total of3509 cases of 15 kinds of Class A and B infectious diseases were reported in Xinwu District of Wuxi City,with an annual average incidence rate of 124.08/105.The overall incidence rate of Class A and B infectious diseases has no significant change(P>0.05),and the incidence of blood and sexually transmitted infectious diseases is the main.The changes in respiratory infectious diseases and intestinal infectious diseases were statistically significant(P<0.05).The peak of the disease is from May to July.There was a statistically significant difference in the incidence rate among the streets(P<0.05).The incidence rate was higher in males than in females(P<0.05),and the age of onset was mainly 20-30 years old(41.52%).The occupation distribution was mainly household and unemployed,commercial service,workers and farmers.Compared with each year,the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis and dysentery had a statistically significant change(P<0.05).Conclusion From 2016 to 2020,the incidence rate of Class A and B infectious diseases in Xinwu District of Wuxi City has no significant change trend,but the respiratory infectious diseases are still on the rise.It is necessary to further strengthen the monitoring,preventing and control of respiratory diseases such as tuberculosis in key areas and key populations.
