摘要
山钢股份莱芜分公司开发S420N欧标风电钢,本着低成本、易焊接、绿色环保的原则,采用低碳+Nb、V、Ti微合金化设计,以及洁净钢冶炼技术和合理的正火轧制工艺,实现碳当量≤0.41%,屈服强度平均值≥470 MPa,抗拉强度平均值≥570MPa,伸长率平均值≥24%,冲击功平均值≥160 J。各项性能指标与标准要求相比,均有较合理的富余量。
The S420N European standard wind power steel was developed in Shandong Steel Laiwu branch,based on the principles of low cost,easy welding,green and environmental protection,using low carbon+Nb,V,Ti microalloying design,clean steel smelting technology and reasonable normalizing rolling process,to achieve carbon equivalent≤0.41%,average yield strength≥470 MPa,average tensile strength≥570 MPa,average elongation≥24%,and average impact energy≥160 J.Compared with the standard requirements,each performance has a reasonable margin.
