硅改性木质素成炭剂协同膨胀阻燃聚丙烯制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高聚丙烯(PP)的阻燃性能,采用溶胶凝胶法制备膨胀阻燃剂炭源——硅改性木质素(SiO_(2)@AL),与聚磷酸铵(APP)、双季戊四醇(DPER)经熔融共混制备膨胀阻燃PP复合材料。通过氧指数、垂直燃烧、热重分析、烟密度测试等考查复合材料的阻燃、热稳定性、抑烟等性能。结果表明:当添加4%SiO_(2)@AL的PP复合材料UL-94测定达到V-0;而SiO_(2)@AL与DPER的质量比为1∶3时,氧指数最高为27.6%。SiO_(2)@AL/IFR/PP具有良好的高温稳定性能,较传统膨胀阻燃PP的热失重速率降低了1.75%,800℃时残留量增加了0.5倍;烟密度测试和残炭SEM分析表明,SiO_(2)@AL的添加使PP形成了更加稳定的蜂窝状炭层,烟气释放总量呈下降趋势。 To improve the flame retardancy of polypropylene(PP),the silicon modified lignin(SiO_(2)@AL)was prepared by sol-gel method as expansion flame retardant carbon source.And the expansion flame retardant PP composite was prepared by melt blending with SiO_(2)@AL,ammonium polyphospphosphate(APP)and dipentaerythritol(DPER).The flame retardancy,thermal stability and smoke suppression of the composites were investigated by oxygen index,vertical combustion,thermogravimetric analysis and smoke density test.The results indicate that:with 4 wt%SiO_(2)@AL,the UL-94 of the PP composite material reach V-0 level.When the mass ratio of SiO_(2)@AL to DPER is 1∶3,the oxygen index is 27.6%.SiO_(2)@AL/IFR/PP has good high temperature stability performance,with 1.75% lower thermal weight loss rate and 0.5 times higher residual amount at 800℃ than traditional intumescent flame retardant PP;smoke density test and residual carbon SEM analysis show that the addition of SiO_(2)@AL makes PP form a more stable honeycomb carbon layer,and the total amount of smoke release shows a decreasing trend.
