摘要
为解决块段式煤层所导致资源浪费问题,在对1#煤层长壁式开采方式残留的煤层进行开采,对所属工作面地质、煤层等条件分析的基础上,结合连续块段式开采工艺完成了巷道的合理布置,并通过理论计算和经验初步确定煤柱宽度,最后通过数值模拟手段对煤柱宽度进行优化,达到工作面安全开采效果的同时,最大化提升了资源回收率。
In order to solve the problem of resource waste caused by block type coal seam,on the basis of mining the residual coal seam of1#coal seam longwall mining method,analyzing the geological and coal seam conditions of the working face,and combining the continuous block type mining technology,the reasonable layout of the roadway was completed,and the coal pillar width was initially determined through theoretical calculation and experience,and finally the coal pillar width was optimized by numerical simulation,while achieving the safe mining effect of the working face,the resource recovery rate is maximized.
