粗梗胡椒化学成分的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

Isolation and identification of chemical constituents from Piper macropodum C.DC.

摘要 目的研究粗梗胡椒的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱结合高效液相色谱法,对粗梗胡椒体积分数95%乙醇提取物经大孔吸附树脂体积分数50%乙醇洗脱部分的化学成分进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果共分离得到12个单体化合物,包括3个苯丙素类化合物、3个木脂素类化合物、3个生物碱类化合物以及3个其他类化合物,分别鉴定为caruilignan D(1)、双(4-羟基苯基)甲醇(2)、N-苯乙基乙酰胺(3)、3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(4)、1-(3,4-二羟基苯)丙酮(5)、顺-4-羟基蜂蜜曲菌素(6)、blumenol B(7)、anomallenodiol(8)、N-trans-feruloyltyramine(9)、异落叶松脂素(10)、O-methylflavinantine(11)、glaberideⅠ4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12)。结论化合物1~3、5、6、8、11和12为首次从胡椒属植物中分离得到。 To study the chemical constituents of Piper macropodum C.DC.,the 95%ethanol extract of P.macropodum C.DC.by macroporous adsorption resin eluted with 50%ethanol was separated and purified by various column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography,and the structures of the compounds were determined by physicochemical properties and spectral data analysis.Twelve compounds were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of P.macropodum C.DC.by macroporous adsorption resin eluted with 50%ethanol,including three phenylpropanoids,three lignans,three alkaloids,and three other compounds,which were identified as caruilignan D(1),bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)methanol(2),N-phenylethyl acetamide(3),3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde(4),1-(3,4-dihydroxybenzene)acetone(5),cis-4-hydroxymelatonin(6),blumenol B(7),anomallenodiol(8),N-trans-feruloyltyramine(9),(+)-isolariciresinol(10),O-methylflavinantine(11),glaberideⅠ4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(12).Compounds 1-3,5,6,8,11 and 12 were isolated from Piper L.for the first time.
