摘要
2022年是我国个人养老金制度的启动实施之年,国务院办公厅印发《关于推动个人养老金发展的意见(国办发[2022]7号)》,人社部办公厅等三部门办公厅联合公布了个人养老金先行城市(地区)名单,人社部等五部门联合印发了《个人养老金实施办法》。建立个人养老金制度,将完善我国三支柱养老金体系,也将促进金融结构优化。
The introduction of the personal pension system can perfect China’s three pillar pension system and promote the optimization of the financial structure, so as to enable the banking, securities(fund industry) and insurance industries to play their respective advantages and jointly expand the pension market.
