摘要
医用口罩的通气阻力会影响佩戴者的呼吸感和舒适度,颗粒物过滤效率直接决定口罩的防护效果。两者是衡量口罩产品质量好坏的关键指标,也是口罩抽检中非常容易出现的不合格项目。国内现有医用类口罩标准中并未对通气阻力测试提出预处理条件,对医用防护口罩和医用外科口罩的颗粒物过滤效率测试前预处理条件要求也完全不同。为研究不同预处理条件对口罩通气阻力和颗粒物过滤效率测试结果的影响,参照现有口罩标准要求,确定了4种不同的预处理条件进行测试分析。研究表明:恒温恒湿预处理条件对口罩通气阻力和颗粒物过滤效率的测试结果影响较小;高、低温交替预处理条件可显著降低口罩通气阻力和颗粒物过滤效率。
The ventilation resistance of medical masks will affect the wearer’s breathing sensation and comfort, and the filtration efficiency of particulate matter directly determines the protective effect of masks. Both are key indicators to measure the quality of mask products, and are also very easy to appear unqualified items in mask sampling. The existing domestic standards for medical masks do not put forward preconditioning conditions for ventilation resistance test, and the requirements for preconditioning conditions before particulate matter filtration efficiency test for medical protective masks and surgical masks are completely different. In order to study the influence of different pretreatment conditions on the test results of ventilation resistance and particulate matter filtration efficiency of masks, four different pretreatment conditions are determined according to the existing mask standard requirements for testing and analysis. The results show that pretreatment with constant temperature and humidity had little influence on the test results of ventilation resistance and particulate filtration efficiency of masks, and alternating high and low temperature pretreatment can significantly reduce the ventilation resistance and particulate filtration efficiency of masks.
