郁李仁及其混淆品的性状和显微鉴定研究 被引量:1

Macroscopic and Microscopic Identification of Pruni Semen and the Adulterant Species

摘要 目的探讨郁李仁及其混淆品毛樱桃和榆叶梅的生药学鉴别研究。方法运用体式荧光显微镜和光学显微镜等仪器设备,分别从正面观、侧面观、腹面观、表面观等外观性状,横剖面和纵剖面内部结构,以及横切面和粉末显微特征,对3种郁李仁及其混淆品进行比较鉴别。结果3种郁李仁及其混淆品在性状、显微方面有一定共性特征,但可根据种子外观性状、表面纹理等性状鉴别特征及种皮细胞表面观、石细胞等显微鉴别特征进行鉴别。结论通过本研究,归纳了3种郁李仁及毛樱桃和榆叶梅的生药学鉴定特征,可为郁李仁药材的监督检验、标准修订提供鉴定参考。 OBJECTIVE To explore the macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of Pruni Semen and the adulterant species-Prunus tomentosa Thunb.and Prunus triloba Lindl.METHODS The appearance properties(front view,side view,top view,base view and surface structure),internal structure(transverse surface and longitudinal surface)and the microstructure(transverse section,powder)of Pruni Semen and the adulterant species were observed and characterized by stereo-fluorescence microscope and optical microscope respectively.RESULTS Pruni Semen and the adulterant species have some common macroscopic and microscopic characteristics,but can be identified according to the macroscopic identification characteristics(appearance properties and surface texture)and the microscopic identification characteristics(seed coat epidermis and stone cell).CONCLUSION In this study,the pharmacognosy identification characteristics of three kinds of Pruni Semen and two adulterant species were summarized,which can provide reference for the identification and supervision of Pruni Semen.
