摘要 为研究不同氮素形态配施比例对红豆杉幼苗生长和生理特性的影响,试验以不施氮肥为对照(CK),设置了5个不同形态氮素配比施肥处理,分别为:NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=100%∶0(N1)、NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=75%∶25%(N2)、NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=50%∶50%(N3)、NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=25%∶75%(N4)、NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=0%∶100%(N5)。研究了红豆杉生长指标、生物量积累、氮代谢关键酶活性和光合参数的影响。结果表明:施氮可显著促进红豆杉幼苗的生长,提高氮代谢酶活性和光合参数,在NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=50%∶50%处理时的红豆杉幼苗株高、地径、冠幅的增长量最大,生物积累量最多,NR、GS、GOGAT活性和净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度最大,因此,NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=50%∶50%是较适合红豆杉幼苗生长的氮素比例。 In order to study the effects of different nitrogen forms on the growth and physiological characteristics of Taxuschinensis seedlings,the experiment took no nitrogen application as the control(CK),and set up five nitrogen forms of fertilization treatment,respectively:NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=100%∶0(N1),NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=75%∶25%(N2),NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=50%∶50%(N3),NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=25%∶75%(N4),NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=0%∶100%(N5).The effects of nitrogen application on the growth indexes,biomass accumulation,key enzyme activities of nitrogen metabolism and photosynthetic parameters of Taxus Linn.were studied.The results showed that nitrogen application significantly promoted the growth of Taxuschinensis seedlings,and improved the activities of nitrogen metabolism enzymes and photosynthetic parameters.When NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=50%∶50%,the growth of plant height,ground diameter and crown width of Taxus Linn.seedlings were the largest;the biological accumulation was the largest,and the NR,GS,GOGAT activities,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and the stomatal conductance were the largest,so NO_(3)^(-)∶NH_(4)^(+)=50%∶50%is the nitrogen ratio suitable for the growth of Taxus Linn.seedlings.
