摘要
同发东周窑矿目前开采山西组4#煤层,属二叠系厚煤层综放开采,目前区段煤柱普遍留设30 m,停采煤柱留设120 m,存在巷道强矿压显现以及煤柱资源严重浪费等问题。本次研究运用理论分析、数值模拟的方法,就同发东周窑矿8103工作面区段煤柱与停采煤柱如何合理留设宽度进行研究,最终确定留设6 m区段煤柱及80 m停采煤柱可以有效解决巷道及停采强矿压现象,工作面煤炭资源回收率大幅提高。
Tongfa Dongzhouyao Coal Mine is mining the No.4 Coal Seam of Shanxi Formation,which belongs to the fully mechanized caving mining of the Permian thick coal seam.At present,30m coal pillars are generally reserved in the section,and 120 m coal pillars are reserved for stopping mining.There are such phenomena as strong ground pressure in the roadway and serious waste of coal pillar resources.This research uses the methods of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation to study how to reasonably set the width of the coal pillar and stoping coal pillar in 8103 working face of Dongzhouyao Mine.Finally,it is determined that setting 6m section coal pillar and 80m stoping coal pillar can effectively solve the problem of strong mine pressure in roadway and stoping,and the recovery rate of coal resources in the working face is greatly improved.
