风沙流胁迫对荒漠植物白刺光合作用的影响

摘要 风沙流是荒漠区风沙灾害的主要表现形式。文中以典型荒漠植物白刺2年生幼株为实验材料,将其置于风沙环境风洞模拟的风沙流环境,分别进行不同风速条件和不同持续时间的风沙流胁迫处理,旨在阐明风沙流胁迫对白刺叶片光合作用的影响。风沙流强度设置4个水平,以风洞轴心风速表示,分别为5、8、11和14m/s,持续胁迫30min;持续时间设置3个水平,在11m/s风速条件下分别胁迫15、30和45min。二者均以未胁迫植株作为对照。结果表明:不同风沙流胁迫条件下,白刺叶片的气孔导度(g_(s))、净光合速率(P_(n))和蒸腾速率(T_(r))均会降低,且风速越大或持续越长其降低幅度越大;胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_(i))和水分利用效率(WUE)的变化不明显,只有极端高风速或持续时间很长的风沙流胁迫会导致其C_(i)升高,WUE下降。由此得出结论:风沙流胁迫对白刺光合作用具有显著影响,会导致白刺叶片的g_(s)、P_(n)和T_(r)降低,风沙流胁迫强度越大其降低幅度就越大,P_(n)和T_(r)的降低是由gs的下降引起的;对白刺叶片的C_(i)和WUE影响不大。 Wind-sand flow is the main form of wind-sand disaster in desert area.In order to explore the effect of wind-sand flow on photosynthesis of Nitraria tangutorum,2-years-old potted seedlings were chosen as experiment material.Controlled wind and sand flow was simulated in wind tunnel.The leaves photosynthesis under different conditions were analyzed.Intensity of wind and sand flow was represented by wind speed at axis of the wind tunnel and includes four levels,which were 5,8,11 and 14m/s,respectively.Duration includes three levels,which were 15,30 and 45min,respectively.Unstressed plants were used as control.The results show that stomatal conductance(g_(s)),net photosynthetic rate(P_(n))and transpiration rate(T_(r))of Nitraria tangutorum leaves decreased under different wind-sand current stress,and the decrease extent was greater with the increase of wind speed or duration.The changes of intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(C_(i))and water use efficiency(WUE)were not obvious,only extreme high wind speed or long duration of wind-sand current stress can cause C_(i) to increase and WUE to decrease.It is concluded that wind-sand flow significantly affects the photosynthesis of Nitraria tangutorum.The g_(s),P_(n) and T_(r) of the leaves decrease under short-term wind-sand flow stress,and the decrease of P_(n) and T_(r) are caused by the decrease of gs,while C_(i) and WUE of the leaves are not affected by short-term wind-sand current stress.
