基于LabVIEW的光纤放线装置测控系统设计

摘要 长距离高速光纤放线装置是光纤制导多用途飞行器地面模拟试验的重要部分,用于模拟飞行器在发射和飞行状态下光纤从线管上高速释放的状态。针对前几代放线系统复杂、效率低的问题,开发了一套基于虚拟仪器的放线测控系统。测控系统以LabVIEW为开发平台,通过DMC运动控制卡以及DAQ系列数据采集系统,配合伺服电机和传感采集装置对放线系统进行测控,通过运动控制和数据采集算法设计,能够实现模拟光纤高速释放状态,同时对光纤动态状态进行监控测量。实验结果表明,所采集的轴向力在-10~+10 N/m范围内,径向力在0~3 N/m范围内,设计的传感装置均能满足,能够稳定实现相关设计功能,且整套系统人机交互性好、自动化程度高、可操作性强,对于制导光纤研究提供了相应的依据。 The long-distance high-speed optical fiber pay-off device is an important part of the ground simulation test of the optical fiberguided multi-purpose aircraft, which is used to simulate the high-speed release of the optical fiber from the cable tube in the launch and flight state of the aircraft. Aiming at the complex and low efficiency of previous generations of pay-off systems, a set of pay-off measurement and control systems based on virtual instruments was developed. The measurement and control system used LabVIEW as the development platform,through the DMC motion control card and the DAQ series data acquisition system, and cooperated with the servo motor and the sensor acquisition device to measure and control the pay-off system. Monitored and measured the dynamic state of optical fiber. The experimental results show that the collected axial force is in the range of-10~+10 N/m, and the radial force is in the range of 0~3 N/m. The whole system has good man-machine interaction, high degree of automation and strong operability, which provides relevant basis for the research of guided optical fiber.
