摘要
雨污分流从本质上来说指的是将雨水和污水进行分离,各自使用一套管网输送,从而实现"污水入厂、雨水入河(海)"的目标,污水量得到有效控制,COD浓度显著提高,降低处理站负荷.关于城中村雨污分流改造工程,本论文以厦门市集美区灌口后溪片区排水管网改造工程为例.项目实施需要以政府为主导,各个部门联动,充分溯源与摸排,通过精心规划与设计,经严格的施工,才能实现雨污分流改造升级.
In essence,rain sewage diversion refers to the separation of rainwater and sewage,which are delivered through an independent set of pipe network,so as to achieve the goal of“sewage into the plant and rainwater into the river(sea)”,effectively control the amount of sewage,significantly increase the COD concentration,and reduce the load of the treatment station.Regarding the renovation project of rain sewage diversion in urban villages,this paper takes the drainage pipe network renovation project in Guankou and Houxi areas of Jimei District of Xiamen City as an example.The implementation of the project needs to be led by the government,linked by various departments,fully traced and explored,carefully planned and designed,and follow strict construction,in order to achieve the transformation and upgrading of rain sewage diversion.
