淮河流域安徽段表层沉积物中多环芳烃分布、来源及风险评估

摘要 通过高效液相色谱法测定淮河(安徽段)32个表层沉积物样品中多环芳烃含量,以确定沉积物中多环芳烃的分布特征、污染情况和来源。结果表明:淮河流域(安徽段)沉积物中16种多环芳烃总含量为43.7~341.6ng/g,平均值为67.9ng/g,多环芳烃浓度最高的为S18采样点,含量达到341.6ng/g,该采样点靠近淮南市的煤炭厂和燃煤厂,多环芳烃浓度最低的为S2采样点,含量为43.7ng/g,该点远离城区以及工业区;与国内不同流域沉积物中多环芳烃的浓度相比较,研究区域内多环芳烃含量相对较低;运用同分异构体比值法得出2021年淮河(安徽段)沉积物中多环芳烃主要来源于木材和煤炭等生物质的燃烧;通过效应区间低值和中值法评估得出2021年淮河流域(安徽段)的大多数沉积物都不会造成生态毒理学风险。 A high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method was used in this study to determine the distribution characteristics,contamination,and sources of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)in 32 surface sediment samples from the Huaihe River(Anhui section).The results showed that:the total content of 16 PAHs in sediments of the Huaihe River(Anhui section)ranges from 43.7 to 341.6ng/g,with an average value of 67.9ng/g.The highest concentration of PAHs is found at S18,which is close to the coal plants and coal plants in Huainan City,and the lowest concentration of PAHs is found at S2.The content is 43.7ng/g,which is far away from urban and industrial areas.Compared with the concentration of PAHs in sediments of different basins in China,the concentration of PAHs in the study area is relatively low.Using the isomer ratio method,it was concluded that the PAHs in the sediments of the Huaihe River(Anhui section)in 2021 were mainly derived from the combustion of biomass such as wood and coal.Most of the sediments in the Huaihe River(Anhui section)did not pose an ecotoxicological risk in 2021,as assessed by ERL and ERM.
