摘要
新工科背景下,传统石油领域进行产教融合教育面临培养计划制订改革难、教师团队新工科素质有待提升及考核方式重新制定改革困难等问题。结合多年教学经验,从以下六个方面进行实践探索:促进学科交叉融合,提高学生创新能力;科学设计评价方案和考核机制;以学生为中心,激发学习兴趣;加强教师队伍建设,树立引导者理念;深化“互联网+”在石油工程中的应用,促进石油学科升级改造;紧跟国家战略和产业需求,加强产教融合。为石油领域的产教融合教育提供了指导。
Under the background of emerging engineering education,the integration of production and education in the traditional petroleum field faces problems such as the difficulty of formulating and reforming the training plan,the need to improve the quality of the emerging engineering education team of teachers,and the difficulty of reforming the assessment method.Based on many years of teaching experience,the author has carried out practical explorations from the following six aspects:promoting interdisciplinary integration and improving students’innovative ability,scientifically designing evaluation plans and assessment mechanism,taking students as the center and stimulating learning interest,strengthening the construction of the teaching team,establishing the concept of leader,deepening the application of“Internet+”in petroleum engineering,promoting the upgrading and transformation of petroleum disciplines,closely following the national strategy and industrial needs,and strengthening the integration of production and education.It may provide guidance for the integration of production and education in the petroleum field.
