摘要
为探讨当归植物粉体在再造烟叶中的应用效果,采用超微粉体加工工艺,制备当归植物粉体,并直接添加应用于造纸法再造烟叶产品中。通过对产品造碎率、致香成分和内在感官质量的测评分析,验证当归植物粉体对造纸法再造烟叶产品理化性能的影响。结果表明:当归植物粉体目数越高,应用于再造烟叶的造碎率越低,目数为600目添加比例为5%时,当归香气特征在再造烟叶中表现较好;当归香气成分能有效改善再造烟叶的抽吸品质,并具有降低刺激、调节烟气状态的作用。此研究为赋予造纸法造纸烟叶当归香吃味特征提供了理论依据。
In order to explore the application effect of angelica plant powder in reconstituted tobacco leaves,the ultrafine powder processing technology was used to prepare angelica sinensis plant powder,which was directly added to the reconstituted tobacco leaf products by the papermaking method.Through the evaluation and analysis of the product crushing rate,aroma components and intrinsic sensory quality,the effect of angelica plant powder on the physical and chemical properties of the product in the papermaking reconstituted tobacco leaf was verified.The results showed that:the higher the mesh number of angelica plant powder,the lower the crushing rate applied to reconstituted tobacco leaves.When the mesh number is 600 mesh and the addition ratio is 5%,the aroma characteristics of angelica sinensis in the reconstituted tobacco leaves are better;the aroma components of angelica sinensis can effectively improve the smoking quality of reconstituted tobacco leaves,and have the functions of reducing irritation and regulating the state of smoke.This study provides a theoretical basis for imparting the aroma and taste characteristics of angelica sinensis to paper-making tobacco leaves.
