摘要
在日常生产和生活中,塑料制品得到了广泛应用,但是,大多数塑料材料均存在易燃烧、耐热性较差等问题,通常需要加入阻燃剂对其进行改性,提升其阻燃性能。溴系阻燃剂(BFRs)由于具有阻燃效率及性价比较高、对阻燃基材性能影响较小等特点,成为目前塑料阻燃领域中最重要的一类阻燃剂。因此,通过介绍溴系阻燃剂的分类及阻燃机理,并且总结了十溴二苯醚(BDE-209)、十溴二苯乙烷(DBDPE)、四溴双酚A(TBBPA)、六溴环十二烷(HBCD)这4种溴系阻燃剂改性聚丙烯(PP)及丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)等常见塑料对塑料基材阻燃性能的影响,对溴系阻燃剂未来的改进方向进行了展望。
In daily production and life,plastic products have been widely used,however,most plastics are flammable,and have the problem of poor heat resistance,so flame retardants usually be used to improve their flame retardant properties.With high flame retardation efficiency,high cost performance,and little influence on the performance of flame retarding substrate,brominated flame retardants(BFRs)have become the most important flame retardants in the flame retardant modification of plastics.The classification and mechanism of bromine flame retardants are introduced,the influence on the flame retardancy of the plastic substrate,such as polypropylene(PP),acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer(ABS),polyethylene terephthalate(PET),polybutylene terephthalate(PBT)modified by decabromodiphenyl ether(BDE-209),decabromodiphenyl ethane(DBDPE),tetrabromobisphenol A(TBBPA),hexabromocyclododecane(HCBD)is summarized,and the future improvement direction of brominated flame retardants is prospected.
