摘要
以一起变压器有载分接开关带电取油导致有载分接开关压力继电器误动事故为例,建立有载分接开关三维流场模型,通过数值仿真计算分析了带电取油过程中取油阀门开启与关闭下壁面压力和内部流速的变化过程,得到了阀门快速关闭是导致压力继电器误动的主要原因,提出相应的解决措施并进行试验验证。
A misoperation accident of pressure relay of on load tap changer of transformer is caused by oil extraction with load as an example,and a three-dimensional flow field model of the on-load tap-changer is established,through the change process of the lower wall pressure and internal flow rate during the opening and closing of the oil intake valve during the electrified oil extraction process,the quick off valve is the main cause of the pressure relay maloperation.The corresponding solutions are put forward and verified by experiments.
