摘要
目的探讨3D打印模型在脊柱外科护理临床教学中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,以某三级甲等医院脊柱外科2019年7月—2020年4月入科的110名护理实习生为对照组,采用常规临床教学方法;2020年7月—2021年4月入科的129名护理实习生为试验组,在对照组教学方法的基础上应用3D打印模型。采用理论考核、多站式考核、护理查房及满意度调查评价培训效果。结果试验组的理论考核成绩、多站式考核成绩、护理查房评分和满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在脊柱外科护理临床教学应用3D打印脊柱模型,有助于提升教学效果,也有助于提升学生对教学的满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of 3D printing model in spinal surgery clinical nursing teaching.Methods In this study,convenience sampling method was adopted and 110 nursing interns who were admitted to the department of spine surgery in a tertiary first-class hospital from July 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the control group,and conventional clinical teaching methods were carried out.Another 129 nursing interns who entered the department from July 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the experimental group,and the 3D printing model was used in conjunction with conventional clinical teaching methods.Theoretical knowledge assessment,objective structure clinical examination result,performance of ward rounds in nursing teaching,and satisfaction with teaching survey were used to evaluate the training effect.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge assessment,objective structure clinical examination result,nursing ward rounds,and satisfaction with teaching in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing spine model in the spinal surgery clinical nursing teaching improved the teaching effect and promoted students’satisfaction with teaching.
