摘要 澳大利亚建立了基于职业技能标准的国家培训体系,推出符合教师个体需求的培训计划。维多利亚职业教育与培训发展中心以职教教师能力框架为培训导向,为教师提供个性化、弹性化的专业发展服务,并且构建了多层次、多方位的职教教师专业发展体系。借鉴其经验,可在健全职业教育教师专业技能标准,搭建丰富的专业发展平台,以及进一步完善职教教师专业发展体系等方面推进我国职业教育的高质量发展。 Australia has established a national training system based on professional skills standards and introduced training programs that meet the needs of individual teachers.Guided by the VET Practitioner Capability Framework,the Victoria VET Development Center provides personalized and flexible professional development services for vocational education teachers and builds a multi-platform and multi-directional training system for teacher professional development.Based on the experience of vocational education teacher training in Australia,in order to promote the high-quality development of vocational education in China,it is necessary to establish the competency framework and professional standards for vocational education teachers,build a variety of professional development platforms and further improve the system of teacher professional development.
