摘要 针对激光加工桦木,研究激光机技术参数对其切削效果的影响规律。以激光机光强、进给速度为影响因素,缝深、缝宽、炭化影响区宽度为切削效果,分析光强、进给速度对桦木切削效果的影响规律,并提出了变化率的概念,分析了两因素变化对切削效果的影响程度。结果表明:激光机单因素技术参数对某一切削效果的影响规律并不是单调函数,存在交互作用。在生产中可根据所需的切削效果选择合适的技术参数组合,如激光切割含水率11%的桦木,为获得切缝深度约2 000μm、切缝宽度约300μm、切缝单侧表面炭化影响区宽度约30~50μm的切削效果,及最大程度提高生产率,可采用较高的进给速度80 mm/s,并对应选择激光强度60%。 For the laser processing of birch to study the influence of the technical parameters on the cutting effect,the light intensity and feed speed were used as the influencing factors, and the kerf depth, the kerf width and the affected width were used as the cutting effects, and to analyze the influence laws of light intensity and feed speed on the cutting effect. The concept of rate of change was put forward and the influence degree of two factors on cutting effect was analyzed. The results showed that the influence law of a single technical parameter of the laser machine on a certain cutting effect was not a monotonic function. In production, an appropriate combination of technical parameters can be selected according to the desired cutting effect. For example, when the light intensity is 60% and the feed speed is 80 mm/s, the air-dried birch with a moisture content of 11% can obtain the kerf depth of 2 000 μm, the kerf width of 300 μm and the carbonized width of 30~50 μm on one side surface.
