摘要
结合宜昭高速公路洛泽河特大桥多跨连续刚构桥合拢施工,通过理论分析研究与有限元仿真相结合的方法,建立刚构桥主桥数值模型,分析顶推力对多跨连续刚构桥在不同合拢顺序的影响,从而选择最优的合拢方案和顶推力。结果表明:先边后中与先中后边相比,第一在顶推时,结构的竖向位移及顺桥向位移偏小;第二顶推后与成桥后的主梁最大压应力偏小;第三在材料用量相同的情况下,先边后中的结构局部压应力为先中后边的1.48倍。说明在主梁合拢过程中,对梁体施加水平推力,先中后边顶推力小于先边后中,先中后边的合拢顺序优于先边后中。
Combining the closure construction of multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge of Luoze River Bridge on Yizhao Expressway and combining theoretical analysis with finite element simulation, this paper establishes the numerical model of main bridge of rigid frame bridge, analyses the influence of jacking force on different closure sequence of multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge, and finally selects the best closure scheme and jacking force. The results show that the vertical displacement and along-bridge displacement of the structure are smaller when pushed through compared with side first and middle second, and middle first and side second. The maximum compressive stress of girder after jacking and completion of bridge is small. With the same amount of material,the local compressive stress of the structure with side first and middle second is 1.48 times higher than that with middle first and side second. It shows that during the closing process of the main girder, the horizontal thrust is applied to the girder body. The top thrust at middle first and side second is lower than that at side first and middle second. The closing sequence of middle first and side second is better than that of side first and middle second.
