摘要
云南省滇中引水工程石鼓水源基础处理工程中引水渠引水口位置设置有5道地下连续墙导流墙,长度分别为44.86m、37.33m、49.45m、36.44m、30.64m,前三道为直线形,后两道为不规则圆弧形,在引水渠中心线位置设置有1道地下连续墙中隔墙,长度为615.33m,为不规则圆弧形,均采用C30F100W8钢筋混凝土结构,设计墙深21m,墙厚0.8m,其中导流墙和中隔墙上部均有明浇结构。为了保证墙顶破除质量和工效,工程引进了一种液压分裂机破除墙顶混凝土技术,主要介绍了液压分裂机进行墙顶混凝土破除的工艺和效果分析,供以后类似工程参考。
In the foundation treatment project of Shigu water source, there are 5 diversion walls with diaphragm walls at the diversion channel outlet, with the lengths of 44.86m, 37.33m, 49.45m, 36.44m and 30.64m,respectively. The first three are straight and the last two are irregular circular arcs. An underground diaphragm wall with an irregular circular arc is set at the center line of the diversion canal and its length is 615.33m. All of the walls are constructed of C30F100W8 reinforced concrete. The design wall is 21m deep and 0.8m thick. The upper part of the diversion wall and the middle partition wall has cast-in-place structure. In order to guarantee the quality and efficiency of wall top removal, a hydraulic splitter technology for wall top concrete removal is introduced in this project. This paper mainly describes the process and effect analysis of hydraulic splitter for removing wall top concrete for reference of similar projects in the future.
