摘要 随着我国城轨建设规模逐渐增大,城市轨道交通线路设计速度达到160 km/h及以上是必然发展趋势,既有接触轨系统的使用速度限制在120 km/h以下,因此需要对速度160 km/h及以上接触轨系统进行研究,以满足长大区间城轨列车高速运行的需求。研究表明:优化集电靴结构参数,将集电靴等效刚度阻尼从1000 N·s/m增至2000 N·s/m,集电靴滑板质量从2.4 kg减至1 kg,可显著提升靴轨受流质量;采用优化后集电靴参数进行仿真分析,接触轨的跨距可以采用5 m;减小支撑结构刚度有利于提高靴轨动态性能,支撑结构的刚度建议为5k N/m;端部弯头采用1∶60的坡度,靴轨动态性能更好。 With the gradual expansion of urban rail construction in China,the design speed of urban rail transit line reaches 160 km/h and above is an inevitable trend.The service speed of existing conductor rail system is limited to 120km/h.Therefore,it is necessary to study the conductor rail system with a speed of 160 km/h and above to meet the requirements of high-speed operation of urban rail trains in long and large sections.The studies show that optimizing the structural parameters of the collector shoe,increasing the equivalent stiffness and damping of the collector shoe from 1000 Ns/m to 2000 N·s/m,and reducing the mass of the slide plate of collector shoe from 2.4 kg to 1 kg can significantly improve the current collection quality of collector rail system.The optimized collector shoe parameters are used for simulation analysis,and the span of conductor rail can be 5 m;and reducing the stiffness of the support structure is beneficial to improve the dynamic performance of the collector shoe rail.The stiffness of the support structure is recommended to be 5 kN/m.The end elbow adopts a slope of 1:60,and the dynamic performance between collector shoe and rail is better.
