红锥花芽分化期叶片生理及营养动态变化

摘要 为揭示红锥(Castanopsis hystrix)花芽分化期叶片生理及营养动态变化,以5年生红锥为试材,测定红锥不同花芽分化阶段叶片生理及营养含量。结果表明,可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖含量均在冬前和冬后花序原基分化期明显下降,在花簇苞片原基和花簇原基分化期上升。淀粉含量在冬前和冬后花序原基分化期呈上升趋势,在花簇苞片原基分化期下降,在花簇原基分化中、后期升至较高水平。SOD活性总体呈先下降后上升的趋势,在冬前花序原基分化期及花簇原基分化初期均有小幅下降。POD活性变化趋势与SOD活性类似,但在花簇原基分化期下降幅度较大,之后保持中等水平。C/N在整个形态分化期均高于生理分化期。N含量在形态分化开始后降低并保持在较低水平。冬前花序原基及花簇原基分化期对Mg的消耗较大;花簇原基分化初期对K的消耗较大。Mn含量在花簇原基分化初期有一定下降,总体呈上升趋势。Fe含量总体呈先下降后上升再下降的趋势,冬前花序原基及花簇原基分化期对Fe的消耗较大;Zn含量在冬前和冬后花序原基分化期均高于生理分化期。N与Fe、Mg与Ca和Fe含量呈显著或极显著正相关,N与Zn含量呈显著负相关。推测在红锥生理分化期增施Fe、N、Mg和K肥,在形态分化期适当增施Mn、Ca、Zn和K肥,可有效促进红锥花芽分化。同时,应注意控制元素浓度,避免产生拮抗作用。 In order to explore dynamic changes of physiology and nutrition of leaf at bud differentiation stage of Castanopsis hystrix,taking 5-year-old C.hystrix as material,leaf physiology and contents of nutrients at different flower bud differentiation stages of C.hystrix were determined.Results showed that contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar decreased significantly at pre-winter and post-winter inflorescence primordium differentiation stages,and increased at flower cluster bract primordium and flower cluster primordium differentiation stages.Starch content showed increase trend at pre-winter and post-winter inflorescence primordium differentiation stages,and decreased at flower cluster bract primordium differentiation stage,then increased to higher level at middle and late flower cluster primordium differentiation stage.SOD activity decreased firstly and then increased in general,and decreased slightly at pre-winter inflorescence primordium and early flower cluster primordium differentiation stages.Change of POD activity was similar to that of SOD,which decreased greatly at flower cluster primordium differentiation stage and remained moderate level thereafter.C/N was higher at whole morphological differentiation stage than physiological differentiation stage.Content of N decreased and remained low level after morphological differentiation.Consumptions of Mg were higher at pre-winter inflorescence primordium and flower cluster primordium differentiation stages.Consumption of K was higher at early flower cluster primordium differentiation stage.Content of Mn decreased at early flower cluster primordium differentiation stage,and showed increase trend in general.Content of Fe decreased firstly,then increased and decreased in general.Consumptions of Fe were higher at pre-winter inflorescence primordium and flower cluster primordium differentiation stages.Contents of Zn at pre-winter and post-winter inflorescence primordium differentiation stages were higher than that at physiological differentiation stage.Contents of N and Fe,Mg and Ca,Mg and Fe had significantly or extremely significant positive correlations,while contents of N and Zn had significantly negative correlation.It was speculated that application of Fe,N,Mg and K fertilizers at physiological differentiation stage and Mn,Ca,Zn and K fertilizers at morphological differentiation stage could effectively promote flower bud differentiation of C.hystrix.At the same time,attention should be paid to control concentrations of elements to avoid antagonism.
