摘要
针对机械制造加工车间多元异构设备接口协议不一、多源异构数据格式语义不一造成的信息集成和设备互联互通互操作难以实现的问题,基于OPC统一架构(OPC Unified Architecture,OPC UA),提出一种集OPC UA信息模型和OPC UA数据通信于一体的工业机器人监测系统。给出建模流程,采用OPC UA规范、节点和引用等核心技术,设计抽象机器人共有信息模型,分解、归纳私有组件模型,模块化设计构建OPC UA服务器与客户端,综合服务器地址空间映射、OPC UA通信等技术处理异构数据,以此提供规范化数据和标准化数据通信。选择典型刹车盘柔性加工单元进行现场应用,将信息模型应用于上下料机器人监测系统。结果表明:机器人数据格式和数据操作得到统一,设计的OPC UA信息模型能满足上下料机器人监测系统实际应用需求,验证了信息模型完整性、实用性和所提框架的可行性。
For the problems of information integration and equipment interconnection and interoperability caused by different interface protocols of multiple heterogeneous devices and different semantics of multi-source heterogeneous data in machining workshop of machine tool manufacturing,an industrial robot monitoring system integrating OPC UA information model and OPC UA data communication was proposed based on OPC unified architecture(OPC UA).The modeling process was given,and core technologies such as OPC UA specification,nodes and references were used to design an abstract robot common information model,private component models were decomposed and summarized.OPC UA servers and clients were built with modular design.Server address space mapping,OPC UA communication and other technologies were integrated to handle heterogeneous data in order to provide normalized data and standardized data communication.A typical brake disc flexible manufacturing cell(FMC)was selected for field application,and the information model was applied to the loading and unloading robot monitoring system.The application results show that the robot data format and data operation are unified,and the designed OPC UA information model can meet the practical application requirements of the loading and unloading robot monitoring system.Thus the completeness and practicality of the information model and the feasibility of the proposed framework are verified.
