摘要
目的分析全自動單劑量錠劑(片劑)分包機(以下稱分包機)於住院藥房應用現況及門診藥房應用之可行性。方法統計2010年9月~2011年5月期間住院藥房應用分包機出現的差錯,客觀評價門診藥房引入分包機的優劣性。結果住院藥房應用分包機的差錯率為0.086%,並相應地採取改善措施。分包機於門診藥房近期應用的優勢並不顯著。結論分包機充分展現了其實用價值,提高了工作效率,確保病人用藥安全。雖然使用過程中出現一些差錯,但通過措施改善,可減低差錯發生。自動化操作將會是門診藥房今後的發展趨勢及重點考慮的規劃方向。
Objective To analyze the application of the automatic tablet packing machine(ATM)in inpatient pharmacy and the feasibility in outpatient pharmacy.Methods We collected the data of the errors in using ATM from 2010.09 to 2011.05.To evaluate the advantage and disadvantage of the introduction of ATM in outpatient pharmacy objectively.Results The error rate(in using)ATM in inpatient pharmacy was 0.086%.In view of the existing situation,we have made the corresponding countermeasures to decrease the errors.There are no obvious benefits of(using)ATM in outpatient pharmacy in the near future.Conclusion ATM has great value of the applica-tion(application value).It promotes the work efficiency and insures the medication safety of the patients.Although ATM may bring about some errors,the errors can be controlled in a low extent through effective countermeasures.It’s the trend of development(It is a developing trend)to apply ATM in the outpatient pharmacy.
