北京城市河湖水草科学管控体系构建分析

摘要 近几年北京城市河湖管理处管辖水域内水草疯长,对首都核心区及中心城区的防洪、供水、水景观及通航带来了影响。为科学管控水草,利用2a时间掌握了管辖水域内各河道水草的种类与生长周期,并根据各条河流水深特性,制定了生态优先、因地制宜、一河一策、常态管理的管控原则,日常采取相应措施进行治理,初步构建了城市河湖水草管控体系,以提升河湖水域内水草覆盖度,维护城市河湖水域生态平衡,有效利用水草对水体的净化作用,同时防止水草泛滥引发的系列问题产生,在城市河湖水草管控方面发挥积极示范作用。 In recent years,the aquatic plants in the waters under the jurisdiction of Beijing Urban River and Lake Management Office have grown wildly,which has affected the flood control,water supply,water landscape and navigation in the core area of the capital and the central city. In order to control aquatic plants scientifically,we have mastered the species and growth cycle of aquatic plants in each river in the waters under our jurisdiction within two years,and formulated the management and control principles of ecological priority,local conditions,one river one policy and normal management according to the water depth characteristics of each river. Corresponding daily measures have been taken to control aquatic plants,and a preliminary management and control system for aquatic plants in urban rivers and lakes has been established so as to increase the coverage of aquatic grass in rivers and lakes,maintain the ecological balance of urban rivers and lakes,effectively utilize the purification function of aquatic plants on water bodies,and prevent a series of problems caused by the flooding of aquatic plants. It plays an active demonstration role in the management and control of aquatic plants in urban rivers and lakes.
