摘要
为实现镀铬生产中废水污染源头治理,解决水和原材料循环利用问题,采用真空蒸发原理的铬废水在线回收装置对电镀铬废水进行处理。该装置是PLC程序控制全自动化操作的,在负压75~120 kPa、温度40~70℃条件下即产生蒸发分离效果,依靠蒸汽加热方式即可获得电导率<10 uS/cm的蒸馏水和含量为100~400 g/L的浓缩槽液。出口端分离出的蒸馏水回用至逆流漂洗末级水洗槽,而浓缩槽液则贮存到储存罐中备用。分离回收过程中因不使用任何媒介,因而能保证蒸馏水和浓缩槽液的纯度,避免了二次污染问题。运行结果表明:该装置在同等产能工况下减少铬酐用量47%,产生效益约89万元,年节水4700 m^(3),年减少铬污染物产生量12 t,减少含铬污泥产生量80 t,显示出明显的经济和社会效益。
Aiming at the source treatment of wastewater pollution in chrome plating production and solving the problem of recycling water and raw materials,an online recovery device based on vacuum evaporation principle was used to treat chromium plating wastewater.The device adopts PLC program to control the fully automatic operation.Under the conditions of negative pressure of 75-120 kPa and temperature of 40-70℃,the evaporation separation effect is produced.The distilled water with conductivity less than 10 uS/cm and the concentrated tank liquid with content of 100-400 g/L can be obtained by steam heating.The distilled water separated from the outlet end is reused to the counter current rinsing final stage water washing tank,and the concentrated tank liquid is stored in the storage tank for standby.Because no medium is used in the separation and recovery process,the purity of distilled water and concentrated tank liquid can be guaranteed,and the secondary pollution problem can be avoided.The operation results show that the device can reduce the consumption of chromic anhydride by 47%under the same production capacity and achieve benefit of about¥890000 yuan annually,save water 4700 m^(3)annually,and annually reduce the production of chromium pollutants by 12 t and chromium containing sludge by 80 t.
