摘要
动物炎症性疾病在疾病中比例最大,无论是传染性疾病还是免疫性疾病在临床上都会有炎症的发生。为了更加深入的了解疾病发生发展的机制以及寻找更好的预防治疗途径,采用体内试验非常必要。小鼠模型因其经济便宜,饲养周期短,操作简单以及与人类基因、生理结构等方面的相似性而广泛运用。本文以此为背景,主要围绕肺炎模型、结肠炎模型以及乳房炎模型的小鼠造模方法研究进展展开综述,以期为后续研究提供便捷。
Inflammatory diseases account for a high proportion of all diseases in animals,including infectious and immune diseases.In vivo experiments are required to gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of disease occurrence and development and to find better preventive and therapeutic approaches.Mouse models are widely used for this purpose because of their relatively low cost,short feeding cycle,easy handling,and genetic and physiological similarities with human.In this context,we review research progress into the creation of mouse models of inflammation,pneumonia,colitis,and mastitis,as a reference for subsequent research.
