摘要
近年来,多种神经、精神疾病被证明与少突胶质细胞和中间神经元的发育和功能异常高度相关。少突胶质细胞是中枢神经系统的髓鞘形成细胞,而中间神经元是调控兴奋性神经元功能的重要细胞类型,两者对神经环路的建立和功能发挥都具有重要意义。研究这两种神经细胞的起源、发育和交互作用方式,对进一步深入认识中枢神经系统疾病相关的神经机制,并提出疾病的治疗策略至关重要。本文通过比较少突胶质细胞和中间神经元的发育来源、转录调控方式,以及两种细胞的相互作用方式,为揭示相关疾病的发病机制提供了重要参考。
In recent years, a variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders have been shown to be highly associated with abnormalities in the development and function of oligodendrocytes and interneurons. Oligodendrocytes are myelin-forming cells in the central nervous system(CNS), while interneurons are important cell types that regulate the function of excitatory neurons, both of which are of great significance for the structural establishment and function of neural circuits. Studying the origin, development and interaction of these two kinds of nerve cells is crucial for further understanding the neural mechanisms associated with CNS diseases and proposing treatment strategies for diseases. By comparing the developmental origin, transcriptional regulation, and interaction between oligodendrocytes and interneurons, this paper provides an important reference for revealing the pathogenesis of related neural diseases.
