摘要
以电动液压座封脱手一体化工具研究成果为基础,设计研发了纯电座封服务工具,该工具通过将干电池+高温/抗震马达+变速箱+推拉杆整合为一个整体的井下动力单元,使用纯电动模块取代火药、液压,实现纯电力驱动。该工艺可有效监测封隔器的座封过程,座封曲线电子文档与使用记录文档,形成数据库,方便追溯。同时,该工具起出井口可复检座封拉杆长度从而判断封隔器座封行程是否到位,确保封隔器充分座封,彻底解决封隔器座封不牢大修痛点。该工具结构简单易施工、完修井周期短、投产见效快,不仅降低了作业费用,而且节约了运输成本,优势明显。目前,该技术成功运用在挑战者、渤海4号等现场,共计座封分层封隔器20余个,座封成功率100%,应用前景广泛。
Based on the research results of the electrohydraulic seat seal release integrated tool,this paper designs and develops a pure electric seat seal service tool. The tool integrates dry battery+high-temperature/anti-seismic motor+gearbox+pushrod into a whole downhole power unit,and uses pure electric module to replace gunpowder and hydraulic pressure to achieve pure electric drive. The process can effectively monitor the setting process of the packer,and the electronic document of the setting curve and the use record document can form a database for tracing. At the same time,when the tool is pulled out of the wellhead,the length of the seat sealing rod can be rechecked to judge whether the packer’s seat sealing stroke is in place,so as to ensure that the packer is fully seated,and thoroughly solve the overhaul pain point of the packer’s weak seat sealing. The tool is simple in structure,easy to construct,short in completion and workover period,and quick in production. It not only reduces the operation cost,but also saves the transportation cost,with obvious advantages. [1] At present,the technology has been successfully applied in Challenger,Bohai No.4 and other sites,with a total of more than 20 setting and layered packers. The success rate of setting is 100%,and the application prospect is broad.
