基于数理统计的钢桥面防腐涂层厚度检测数据分析与质量评定方法

The method of testing data analysis and quality evaluation of anti-corrosion coating on steel bridge deck based on mathematical statistics

摘要 现行钢桥面铺装防腐涂层厚度基本都是采用“90/10”规则判定,这种判定只是给出了合格判定,并不能完全反应质量的优劣。提出防腐涂层厚度下限按90/10原则,上限按80/20原则判定,通过工程实践,验证试验检测数据的正态分布,采用数理统计的方法对测试数据进行分析评定,给出评分值。工程实践中涂层厚度下限代表值为102.9μm,下限极值为73.4μm,上限代表值为119.6μm,上限极值为156.7μm,经评定均满足设计(80~120μm)及评定规则要求,然后在合格率的基础上为施工质量打分值为73分,使施工合同段之间、工程项目之间同类分项工程可以进行横向对比,从而为提升工程质量,创建品质工程提供评价依据。 The thickness of anti-corrosion coating on steel bridge deck is judged by the rule of“90/10”, which can not reflect the quality completely. The lower limit of the thickness of anti-corrosion coating is determined by the principle of 90/10, and the upper limit is determined by the principle of 80/20. The normal distribution of the test data is verified by engineering practice, give the score. The representative value of coating thickness is 102.9 μm, the limit value is 73.4 μm, the representative value of upper limit is 119.6 μm, and the limit value of upper limit is 156.7 μm, then on the basis of the qualified rate for the construction quality score of 73 points, so that the construction contract between sections, sub-projects between projects of the same type can be compared horizontally, so as to improve the quality of the project, create quality project to provide evaluation basis.
