摘要
化工原理是化工的一门基础、重要的专业课程,主要学习化工生产过程所涉及的单元操作,具有工程性、理论性、实践性强的特点,但目前传统的教学方式存在很多弊端,课程教学的成效不高、动力不足,不利于培养学生独立思考能力。基于此,以流体流动为例,介绍了目标问题导向式教学的基本内涵在流体流动教学中的具体实践,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的课程逻辑思辨能力。
Principles of Chemical Engineering is a basic and important professional course of chemical engineering.It mainly studies the unit operation involved in the chemical production process.It is characterized by engineering,theory and practice.However,there are many drawbacks in the current traditional teaching methods.The effectiveness of the course teaching is not high and the motivation is insufficient,which is conducive to cultivating students’independent thinking ability.Based on this,taking fluid flow as an example,the article introduces the specific practice of the basic connotation of goal problem oriented teaching in fluid flow teaching,which stimulates students’interest in learning and improves students’ability to think logically about the curriculum.
