摘要
为了提高综采工作面采煤机、刮板输送机与液压支架之间的支护协同,达到“三机智能化”的效果,针对一般工况下采煤机拖揽系统出现的线缆以及水管挤裂等问题,提出较为完备的采煤机智能化拖揽系统的设计方案,通过试验验证了该系统的可靠性,达到了较为理想的效果。
In order to improve the support synergy between the coal miner,scraper conveyor and hydraulic bracket at the comprehensive mining face and achieve the effect of"three intelligent machines",a more complete design of intelligent coal miner dragging system is proposed for the problems of cables and water pipe squeezing and cracking that occur in the dragging system of coal miner under general working conditions,and the reliability of the system is verified through tests.The reliability of the system was verified through tests,and a more satisfactory result was achieved.
