摘要
针对31107回风巷在掘进期间遇松软破碎煤层带,由于掘进及支护方式与现场条件不匹配,导致掘进过程中面临掘进效率低下、围岩变形严重以及安全风险高等问题,提出针对性的掘进、支护方案,并进行工程应用。结果表明,所提出的掘进及支护技术可提高巷道在松软破碎煤层中的掘进效率,并实现对巷道围岩的有效控制。
For the 31107 return air tunnel,the tunneling and support method does not match with the site conditions,resulting in low tunneling efficiency,serious surrounding rock deformation and high safety risk during the tunneling process.A targeted tunneling and support plan was proposed and applied to the project.The results show that the proposed tunneling and support technology can improve the efficiency of tunneling in soft and broken coal seams and achieve effective control of the roadway surrounding rock.
