摘要
氧化铝是从铝土矿中提炼而来的一种矾土,也是企业生产电解铝的主要材料之一。在新时期,我国企业生产规模逐渐扩大,对氧化铝的需求量也随之增加,当前国内每年生产氧化铝的总量已经高达千万吨。在这一背景下,想要有效提高能源利用率,尽可能减少不必要的消耗和浪费,同时为企业创造更高的经济效益,就要结合实际情况,总结影响氧化铝企业能耗的常见问题,并提出针对性的解决措施,从而为节能降耗、减少氧化铝生产成本奠定基础。
Al_(2)O_(3)is a kind of bauxite refined from bauxite,and it is also one of the main materials for enterprises to produce electrolytic aluminum.In the new era,the production scale of Chinese enterprises has gradually expanded,and the demand for Al_(2)O_(3)has also increased.At present,the total annual production of Al_(2)O_(3)in China has reached ten million tons.In this context,if you want to effectively improve the energy utilization rate,reduce unnecessary consumption and waste as much as possible,and create higher economic benefits for the enterprise,you should combine the actual situation,summarize the common problems that affect the energy consumption of aluminum oxide enterprises,and propose targeted measures to solve them,thus laying the foundation for energy conservation and consumption reduction,and reducing Al_(2)O_(3)production costs.
