茄果类蔬菜多工位嫁接作业效率分析

摘要 随着人们对蔬菜嫁接苗需求量的增加,蔬菜嫁接苗也朝着生产规模化发展,因此亟需推广应用机械化嫁接作业。但是,现有嫁接机作业生产率不理想,难以替代人工作业。本文针对现有嫁接机生产率不高的问题,基于拆分单点多环节作业的方法,提出链式多工位生产线自动化嫁接作业模式,将夹取、切割、上夹和回栽单个作业环节按照作业流程布置在链式生产线上,实现多点多环节同步作业,以提高自动化嫁接效率。通过对不同机械嫁接作业模式生产率的对比分析,链式多工位生产线自动化嫁接作业模式可明显提高嫁接作业生产率,与现有嫁接机相比,生产率可提高81%~242%,可显著改善现有嫁接机性价比。 With the increasing demand for vegetable grafting seedlings,vegetable grafting seedlings are also developing towards large-scale production,so it is urgent to promote the application of mechanized grafting.However,the productivity of the existing grafting machine is not ideal,and it is difficult to replace manual operation.Aiming at the low productivity of the existing grafting machine,based on the method of splitting single point and multi link operation,this paper proposes the automatic grafting operation mode of the chain type multi station production line,which arranges the single operation links of clamping,cutting,clamping and replanting on the chain type production line according to the operation process,realizing the synchronous operation of multiple positions and multi links,so as to improve the automatic grafting efficiency.Through the comparative analysis of the productivity of different mechanical grafting operation modes,the automatic grafting operation mode of chain multi station production line can significantly improve the productivity of grafting operation.Compared with the existing grafting machine,the productivity can be increased by 81%~242%,which can significantly improve the cost performance of the existing grafting machine.
