基于STM32的恒温水槽控制系统设计与实现

摘要 针对我国北方冬季气温低,奶牛养殖场饮水槽结冰严重,低温下传统温度检测控制系统精度低,饮水槽温度控制、进出水、清洗依赖人工等问题,本文基于STM32设计了恒温水槽控制系统,实现了控制箱恒温、饮水槽水位及温度恒定、远程控制等功能。本设计采用STM32C8T6为主控板,利用PT100传感器实现温度采集,利用投入式水位传感器实现水槽液位检测,利用涡流加热模块为控制箱提供恒温控制源,利用水槽加热板控制饮水槽水温,利用4G模块实现数据及指令与服务器的通信。通过试验表明,该系统可以在-35~85℃的环境中正常工作,满足北方冬季使用环境,测温精度控制在±0.3℃,水槽温度控制变化范围可以保持在±2℃内,采集的温度及水位可以实时上传至云服务器,系统具有控制精确,鲁棒性强,使用方便等优点。 In view of the low winter temperatures in the north of China,traditional cow farms freezes water trough,low temperature low temperature detection precision of control system,water trough,in and out of the water,such as cleaning rely on artificial temperature control problems,based on the STM32 tank design a temperature control system,realizes the control box temperature,drinking water tank water level and temperature constant,remote control,and other functions.This design uses STM32C8T6 as the main control board,uses PT100 sensor to realize temperature collection,uses the input water level sensor to realize the water level detection in the water tank,uses the eddy current heating module to provide constant temperature control source for the control box,uses the water tank heating plate to control the water temperature in the water tank,and uses the 4G module to realize the communication between data and instructions and the server.Experiments show that the system can work normally in-35~85℃environment,meet the use environment of the northern winter,temperature measurement accuracy control in the plus or minus 0.3℃,the water tank temperature control range can keep within the plus or minus 2℃,real-time acquisition of temperature and water level can be uploaded to the cloud server,system has the control precision,strong robustness,easy to use,etc.
