摘要
金融是现代经济的核心,是促进农民增收致富的重要力量。“共富式”金融是中国特色社会主义市场经济有效运行的内在要求,是强化金融工作政治性和人民性的重要体现。浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区在探索农民农村共同富裕方面取得了阶段性进展,为“共富式”金融体系发展创造了良好的氛围与条件。目前,浙江高质量发展建设共同富裕示范区在转型金融、绿色金融、普惠金融、农村产权金融、金融科技等领域深入开展产品和服务体系创新,充分发挥了金融的要素配置功能,助推了农民农村共同富裕的实现。未来“共富式”金融体系的完善仍需在强化顶层设计与协调机制、扩大转型金融成果运用范围、提升农村集体经济组织金融服务精准性、构建完善金融产品创新政策体系、建立“三农”数据统筹共享机制等方面不断优化调整。
Finance is the core of modern economy and an important force to promote farmers to increase their income. The "common prosperity" finance is an internal requirement for the effective operation of the socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics and an important embodiment of strengthening the political and people-oriented nature of financial work. Zhejiang’s high-quality development and construction of demonstration zone for common prosperity has made good progress in exploring common prosperity of farmers and rural areas, creating a good atmosphere and conditions for the development of the "common prosperity" financial system. At present, Zhejiang’s high-quality development and construction of demonstration zone for common prosperity has carried out in-depth exploration and innovation of "common prosperity" product service system in the fields of transformation finance, green finance, inclusive finance, rural property finance, and financial technology, giving full play to the allocation function of finance, and boosting the common prosperity of farmers and rural areas. In the future, the improvement of the "common prosperity" financial system still needs to be constantly optimized and adjusted in areas such as strengthening the top-level design and coordination mechanism, expanding the application scope of transformation financial achievements, improving the accuracy of financial services of rural collective economic organizations, building and improving the policy system for financial product innovation, and establishing the mechanism of data collection and sharing.
