摘要
现有地下管网管理系统存在质检数据入库标准不一、三维场景展示效率不足、数据共享度不高、系统功能面向多场景应用不易扩展等缺点。分别从集成管网数据质检引擎、地上地下管网一体化三维场景建模,插件式管网空间分析模型扩展架构、地下管网多源异构数据共享等方面开展关键技术研究,并基于ArcGIS、Skyline平台,使用C#开发语言实现插件式三维地下管网管理系统。以河南省西平县为应用案例,涉及8类管线,管网长度共计1 252.139余千米,管线点数55 374个,构建全县倾斜摄影三维场景模型,总数据大小约为6.8 GB,应用结果显示该系统能够为城市安全管理以及管线突发应急事件提供科学的辅助决策功能。
The existing underground pipeline system has some shortcomings, such as inconsistent storage standards of pipeline data for quality inspection, inefficient 3D visualization, low degree of data sharing and difficult extensibility of system functions when facing multi-scenario applications. This paper studied the key technologies from the aspects of integrated pipeline data quality detection engine, above-ground and underground integrated 3D scene modeling for pipeline, spatial analysis model extension architecture based on plug-in technology, and multi-source heterogeneous data sharing solution for underground pipeline. The plug-in 3D underground pipeline management system was realized by using C# development language based on ArcGIS and Skyline platform. Taking Xiping county of Henan province as an application case, it involved 8 types of pipelines, with a total pipeline length of more than 1 252.139 kilometers and a total number of 55 374 pipeline points. A 3D scene model of the whole county was constructed based on oblique photography, and the total amount of data was about 6.8 GB. The application results show that the system can provide scientific auxiliary decision-making function for urban safety management and pipeline emergencies.
