摘要
公共管理大类培养模式已在国内高校迅速发展,本文在分析大类培养的内涵和必要性基础上,研究公共管理大类学生专业选择状况,从“大类招生、分流培养”的运行机制、课程结构体系、学院氛围培养等方面提出高校培养公共管理类人才的路径,以适应新时期公共管理人才培养目标。
The cultivation mode of public administration enrollment has developed rapidly in domestic colleges and universities.By studying the connotation and necessity of major enrollment training, analyzing the major selection status of students in public administration major, and putting forward the path of cultivating public administration talents in colleges and universities from the operation mechanism of major enrollment diversion training, curriculum structure system and college atmosphere training, so as to adapt to the goal of cultivating public administration talents in the new era.
