摘要
工匠精神的内涵与高职教育宗旨有相通之处.高职院校在培育学生工匠精神方面作了一些尝试,由此得到启发为应关注匠心培育,建立"工匠型"师资队伍,以工匠精神引领人才培养的全过程.
The craftsmanship has something in common with objectives of vocational education.Achievements and experiences have been made in craftsmanship,but there is still obviously inefficient cultivation,low enthusiasm of students,and insufficient social attention to vocational education.Therefore,we should pay more attention to craftsmanship,establish a dual type teaching team,and lead the whole process of education with craftsmanship.
