摘要
重组酶聚合酶扩增技术(Recombinase Polymerase Amplification,RPA)具有反应快速、灵敏度高、特异性强、设备依赖性低等传统国标方法及其他体外核酸扩增技术所无法比拟的优势,可广泛应用于疾病快速诊断和非实验室条件现场检测。近年来,随着RPA技术相关研究的深入,该技术已逐步渗透至食源性致病菌检测领域。本文从原理及特点出发对RPA技术在食源性致病菌检测中的应用进行综述,并对该技术的未来发展方向进行了讨论,以期为食源性致病菌的快速检测提供新思路。
Recombinase polymerase amplification(RPA) has the advantages of rapid reaction, high sensitivity,high specificity and low equipment dependence, which are incomparable to traditional national standard methods and other in vitro nucleic acid amplification techniques, and can be widely used for rapid diagnosis of diseases and on-site detection under non-laboratory conditions. In recent years, with the in-depth research of RPA technology, the technology has gradually penetrated into the field of foodborne pathogenic bacteria detection. This paper reviews the application of RPA technology in the detection of foodborne pathogens from the principle and characteristics, and discusses the future development direction of the technology, in order to provide new ideas for the rapid detection of foodborne pathogens.
