摘要
目的:基于技术接受模型(TAM)和信息系统成功模型(ISSM)编制临床护理信息系统满意度量表并对其信效度进行检验。方法:以TAM和ISSM理论为框架,在文献检索的基础上构建量表条目,通过德尔菲法形成测试版量表,选择120名护士进行预调查,采用项目区分度分析、内容效度分析、探索性因子分析优化量表条目,采用内部一致性检验和重测信度法检验量表信度。结果:探索性因子分析共提取出6个解释因子,其累计贡献率达74.13%,最终形成包括17个条目6个维度的系统满意度量表,其内容效度为0.882,各条目内容效度为0.727~1.000,Cronbach's α系数为0.850,重测信度为0.820。结论:编制的临床护理信息系统满意度量表具有较好的信效度,从6个维度全面反映系统质量和信息质量,可用于临床护理信息系统使用效果评价。
Objective:To develop the clinical nursing information system satisfaction scale based on the technology acceptance model(TAM)and information systems success model(ISSM)model and test the scale reliability and validity.Methods:The scale items were developed based on literature and theories of TAM and ISSM.The scale was formed by the Delphi method,and 120 nurses were selected for investigation.Item discrimination analysis,content validity analysis,and exploratory factor analysis were used to optimize scale entries.Internal consistency test and test-retest reliability method were used to test the reliability of the scale.Results:A total of 6 explanatory factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis,and their cumulative contribution rate reached 74.13%.Finally,a system satisfaction scale with 17 items and 6 dimensions was formed,its content validity is 0.882,each item′s validity was 0.727~1.000.The scale′s Cronbach′sαwas 0.850,and the retest reliability was 0.820.Conclusions:The clinical nursing information system satisfaction scale has good reliability and validity,comprehensively reflects system quality and information quality from 6 dimensions,and can be used to evaluate the effect of clinical nursing information system.
