摘要
“三软”煤层巷道变形大,难维护,制约着矿井的安全高效开采。文章以新安煤矿15130煤巷为例,分析了“三软”煤层巷道破坏机理。通过对原支护形式的进一步优化,提出全长注浆锚索联合支护技术,并根据巷道变形机理,提出支护参数的动态调整方案;最后通过矿压观测结果,验证了优化后的支护形式可以对“三软”煤层巷道进行有效支护。
The“Three Soft”coal seam roadway is easy to deform and difficult to maintain,which restricts the safe and efficient mining of the mine.Taking 15130 coal roadway in Xin’an Coal Mine as an example,this paper analyzes the failure mechanism of“Three Soft”coal seam roadway.Through the further optimization of the original support form,the full-length grouting anchor cable combined support technology is proposed.According to the deformation mechanism of roadway,the dynamic adjustment scheme of support parameters is put forward.Finally,through the ground pressure observation results,it is verified that the optimized support form can effectively support the roadway in“Three Soft”coal seams.
