城乡教师网络教研共同体的“离心”困境:现象、成因及破解 被引量:2

摘要 城乡教师网络教研共同体中的“离心”困境是制约城乡义务教育优质师资均衡发展的瓶颈,必须予以高度重视和理性反思。文章基于实地调研廓清了三类典型的“离心”困境:虚假共同体、霸权共同体和停滞共同体。其成因在于:浓重的行政色彩影响网络教研共同体作为专业学习共同体的发展;缺乏高质量的专业引领导致网络教研共同体内难以形成协同文化;共同体构建的错误假设导致网络教研共同体长效机制保障缺乏。破解“离心”困境的根本出路在于以教师赋权增能回归网络教研共同体的专业性质,关键在于提高教研员或优秀教师领导者的专业领导力,最终落脚点在于以参与激励和效果评估为核心建立长效保障机制,促进城乡教师网络教研共同体常态化、可持续发展。 The“centrifugal”predicament in the online teaching and research community of urban and rural teachers is the bottleneck restricting the balanced development of high-quality teachers in urban and rural compulsory education,and it must be paid great attention and rational reflection.Based on field research,the article clarifies three typical“centrifugal”dilemmas:false community,hegemonic community,and stagnant community.The reasons for these are:the heavy administrative overtones affecting the development of the online teaching and research community as a professional learning community;the lack of high-quality professional leadership leading to the difficulty of forming a collaborative culture within the networked teaching and research community;the false assumptions of community construction leading to the lack of a long-term mechanism to safeguard the networked teaching and research community.The fundamental way out of the“centrifugation”predicament lies in returning to the professional nature of the online teaching and research community through teacher empowerment and empowerment.The key lies in improving the professional leadership of teaching and research officers or outstanding teacher leaders,and the final point is to establish a long-term guaranteed mechanism with incentive participation and effect evaluation as the core,and to promote the regular and sustainable development of urban and rural teachers’online teaching and research communities.
